Where everyone starts. You handle pickups, transfers, and customer relationships yourself. 15-25 hours/week, full control, full flexibility.
Add Assistants
Hire part-time help for pickups or transfers. Train them on your equipment. You stay owner/operator, they handle the volume. Keep your territory, multiply your capacity.
Multi-Territory
Proven operators can acquire adjacent counties. Expand your footprint, run multiple pickup routes, build a regional presence. First right of refusal on bordering territories.
Multi-territory requirements: 12+ months operating, consistent customer satisfaction, and demonstrated capacity to expand. We won't sell you counties you can't serve well.

Do I need technical experience?

Can I do this part-time?

What if VCRs break?
They will eventually. Commercial-grade replacements available through our supply chain at wholesale. Training covers troubleshooting.
